Chapter 217 - 217: Xie Yu Family, Time To Reveal Identity! (3)

The call ended.

The woman set down her phone, her attention now fully on the television program.

It was a rerun of “Youth With You,” showing Si Fuqing playing the bass.

Upon seeing Si Fuqing’s face, the woman paused momentarily, but quickly regained her composure.

The butler rushed in, whispering, “Lady, the young master called home, specifically asking when you would be free. He’s participating in a program where family members make a video appearance to support the contestants. He’s wondering if you could record a message.”

“Tell him to get lost,” the woman scoffed coldly. “He wanted to make his own way in the entertainment world, so let him. Anyone who dares help him will soon understand why today’s flowers are so red! ”

She slammed her hand on the table.

“Crack! ”

The table split in half.

Seconds later, it crumbled into dust with a series of cracking sounds.

The butler clamped his mouth shut, cold sweat breaking out on his forehead.

Gazing at the wood shavings on the floor, his mind nearly ceased to function.

He didn’t dare utter a word about the young master having stolen the cherished design drafts of the lady of the house.

He feared she might literally color today’s flowers with his blood.

“Also, Lady, there’s another matter. Mr. Gu Wenzhu has arrived in Great Xia,” the butler reported, wiping his forehead. “Should we contact him and arrange a meeting?”

“Mr. Gu?” Lady Xie was genuinely surprised. “Why would he suddenly come to Great Xia?”

The butler lowered his voice, “We don’t know yet, but whatever can bring him personally must be significant.”

Lady Xie replied coldly, “What an obvious statement.” The butler was left speechless by the rebuke. “Leave,” she waved him off. “Don’t interrupt me watching TV.” The butler stole a glance at the television, puzzled.

Wasn’t that the program the young master was participating in?

Though the lady was quite aggressive, her true feelings seemed contrary to her words.

Sighing, the butler decided to consult the master about the family appearance matter. However, the master always followed the lady’s wishes.

He sighed again, worried for the young master’s safety.

At nine in the evening, Si Fuqing arrived at Yu Xiheng’s villa in MO City.

She placed her bag down and asked, “Is there a computer?”

“Yes,” Feng San replied, puzzled. “But it might not be as fast as your laptop.”

“I need to play a game that my laptop can’t handle,” Si Fuqing explained. “I need a gaming laptop.”

Feng San nodded, understanding, “We have one upstairs.”

Si Fuqing went upstairs, chose a room, sat down at the computer, and connected with Yu Tang, “Tangtang, I’m online.”

“I’m waiting for you in the main city,” Yu Tang sounded tired. “Qingqing, you wouldn’t believe the nonsense on the forums. My inbox is flooded with messages asking if I’m NINE the God’s girlfriend.”

“If that were true, would I be this bad at gaming? And what if NINE the God is some old guy? I don’t like older men.”

Si Fuqing paused for a moment, then smirked, “I’ve found you.”

“Oh?” Yu Tang snapped back to reality. “Where? Where?”

Si Fuqing replied leisurely, “Right in front of you. Don’t you want to play a swordsman? My main character is a swordsman too, so it’s convenient to teach you.”

“In front of me?”

The swordsman wearing a silver mask turned around.

Yu Tang’s gaze moved upward, noticing the golden nickname above the swordsman’s head..
